John is a Plumbing & Heating Engineer who works as a sole trader. He has very little admin or computer knowledge. He needs Quotes and Invoices producing as well as his bookkeeping and VAT returns in preparation for handing to his Accountant for the Year End Tax Return. He doesn’t need a set amount of hours help each month so he uses my ‘Pay as You Go’ package and pays for the time I have completed at the end of each month.
