Sarah is a performer and is fabulous at what she does. However, she is busy travelling all over the world and performing and was getting bogged down by all of the enquiries she receives daily. She couldn’t keep on top of them and answer them in a timely manner and this could have meant she would lose out on a lead.
I have taken over all of the enquiries that come into her Inbox from her website and other channels. I check her availability and respond to pricing enquiries. I deal with the booking from the first point of contact to the final Invoice, leaving Sarah to have more free time to enjoy doing what she likes best and exploring other activities to fill her time. We also look at the procedures we have in place together and find ways that we can improve the service we offer. She then goes out and wows them with her sparkle!
