Simon was in the early stages of building his new business. Working from home, his Inbox was constantly busy with enquiries that needed to be answered promptly. However, this was preventing him from going out and marketing his business further. I helped him by providing the initial quotes for those incoming enquiries, giving him that time he needed. It soon became apparent that there was enough work for a permanent part time employee and so he recruited and is now finding he can pass more of his workload over to his assistant. Something he would have found difficult should he not have tested the water using myself first. We keep in contact in case he ever needs to call on me for help with holiday cover or at those times when he just needs a little extra help for a short period. I already have a good understanding of his business and it is easier for him to use my services when he needs someone else, than employing a temp.
