We engaged Jo to take on a large piece of work which was, in all honesty, a bit of a thankless task and long overdue. In completing the job, Jo demonstrated excellent planning skills; the work was completed quickly but methodically and with accuracy and efficiency.
Whilst, in the main, the job was completed in isolation from the main office, when she did encounter members of our wider team her interaction with them was professional and business-like. It was a pleasure to work with Jo and I would have no hesitation in using her services again and recommending others to do the same.
